Chances of Mercedes taking over McLaren

I'd say about 80% right now. I expect McLaren to dissapear and a new
Mercedes led team to take over their spot. Alonso would stay with this
new team.

Has there been any statement on Ron-gate from M-B? Not Norbert Haug,
that buffoonish meatball, but Mercedes-Benz corporate?

Well, I can see Ron selling up, but thats only 15%. I beleive the rest
is split between Merc and some Arab group. Possible some small chunks
with other individuals. I guess the Arabs would be the sticking point
for a complete take over.

As for Alonso, I believe he needs a clean break form the Woking
factory, regardless of what it ends up being called.

Aparently he was seen talking the Horner at Spa. ???????????????
