Cyberduck crashes

I have noticed that Cyberduck crashes when one "goes too fast" to
put it loosely. If one carefully uploads a few things, waits a
sec or two after it appears successful and on to the necxt set of
files to a remote server, mostly it is fine. Is there a timing
problem in the app? Anyone else had this?

Sally Thompson...
Yes - see my reply to Ben in the FTP Uploader thread. It drove me up the
wall when I used it. You might like FireFTP which runs under Firefox.

dorayme...
I used FireFTP on a Windows machine because I had no other and it
is very good. I kind of like Cyberduck, I get used to things and
it mostly works well. I do transfer large numbers of files and
folders sometimes... I might get on to the author and have a word
in his shell-like about one or two things

H.B. Elkins...
Not here -- occasionally I get some server timeouts, but no problems with the
app itself.

dorayme...
OK... do you move many files at once, whole folders and push the
envelop trying to move another asap? To a variety of servers?

dorayme...
I do notice that Cyberduck becomes unhappy at things like
timeouts. When one forgets one is connected to a server and comes
back, the connection is dropped but Cyberduck does not indicate
this clearly or seem conscious of it, it seems confused by it and
when one tries to do something else with Cyberduck in this
situation, it fails to respond and one seems always to have to
force quit.
